August 16th, 2009This looks straight AMAZING. I can’t even begin to explain how hungry I am after reading and re-reading this post by Cuny Queen. When we had our booth at this years Pitchfork Music Festival (we sell the vegan ice cream there) she picked up a package of Teese Cheddar Vegan Cheese and saved it for a special occasion and fortunately for us Chive Corn Dogs w/ Cheddar Teese was just such an occasion!

Avocado Toast!
August 15th, 2009Our co-worker Shelby from La Belle Vegan has an amazing food blog we love reading. Each post is completely covered with rich and tasty photos of what she’s is eating that day.
One of my favorite things she makes (on a fairly regular basis) is avocado toast. Such a simple thing and it’s perfect for a light meal or a simple snack.
I can’t help but to think that it might be nicely complimented by a little mozzarella Teese sprinkled on top!

Making Lollapalooza a little more vegan!
August 6th, 2009This weekend we will be selling Temptation Vegan Ice Cream at Lollapalooza for the 3rd year. This has always been a fun event for us and we get to meet a lot of our customers directly. Sometimes it gets crazy busy though but nothing makes us happier than seeing loads of people enjoying vegan cones!
