We want to start a recipes section on here for Teese and Dandies. We know from seeing many of you on Twitter that there are so many incredible things being made with our products. We want to share as much of that as possible here AND we want to give away some Chicago Soydairy products and swag (details below)!
Have a recipe you’ve made and want to share with our readers? Please email us at recipes@welovesoy.com. We are looking for any and all recipes. Be it as simple as pizza or something far more involved. Garlic bread, s’mores, nachos, mac n’ cheese!
Helpful things to send would be pictures, the recipe (of course) and/or a link to your blog if you’ve posted the recipe over there. If you’ve posted a recipe on your blog we’ll happily link over to it for the recipe but we’d like to include a photo on our blog so if you have one that you feel works best please let us know.
Here’s the awesome part. To get this started we’re going to give 3 lucky winners a prize pack consisting of the following:
- 4 packages of Teese Vegan Cheese (1 of each of our flavors – cheddar, mozzarella, cheddar sauce & nacho sauce)
- 1 bag of Dandies Vegan Marshmallows
- Chicago Soydairy buttons
Winners will be picked by our staff after September 1st, 2009 so please get your recipes in!
We can’t wait to see what you come up with!!!!!

omg i am still trying to figure out how to make peeps from dandies. i think i need to combine like 4 recipes and somehow find vegan colored sugar/sprinkle things. it’s in the works.
You know we can’t wait to see this happen. It’s going to be quite the momentous occasion!
Less talk more rock!
Oh my gosh! Fabulous! Maybe teese-covered dandies?
Hmmm, will have to think on this some more.
Awesome! I already can’t stop eating the Dandies. What are the buttons?
See our post on New Chicago Soydairy Merch. Pictures of the buttons are there.
I haven’t gotten a hold of any Dandies yet, but when I do I’m gonna try to convert my grandma’s fudge recipe!
We have yet to see someone make fudge with Dandies yet. Chocolate walnut fudge was always my favorite when I was little! Or peanut butter fudge.
Joe, make this happen!!
I haven’t figured out anything recipe-like for the Dandies yet although I’m thinking some kind of homage to the fruit salads of my childhood!
In the meantime, I do wax poetic about Dandies here: http://pdxvegancookingclub.blogspot.com/2009/07/vegan-marshmallows-baby.html
Check out my Dandies post with a recipe!
