The Teese Vegan Cheese Challenge! (part one)
A few weeks ago we put out an open call on Twitter and Facebook asking our fans if they had a food blog and to let us know. Without knowing what it was for we got a great selection of bloggers contacting us just to see what was up. We presented them with The Teese Vegan Cheese Challenge. We wanted to give some Teese away and empower all these great vegan cooks to get creative and have fun with Teese. To get out of their comfort zone and not make pizza or lasagna. The early responses have been AMAZING and I’d like to start sharing those with you now!

Eco_Diva brings us three awesome recipes. The Stuffed Peppers are going to rip! The Spinach Casserole brings me back my youth.
It’s still cold and Winter is perfect soup time. Warm up to this green (green always means healthy, trust me) soup in a bread bowl!
This sandwich is so gorgeous I don’t think I could eat it. But I will.. I totally totally will.

I cannot wait to make that tater tot hotdish– having grown up in minnesota hotdish is a real throwback and tater tot hotdish an all time fave

oh man. a table full of multiple hotdishes has my tummy running scared! we should do a childhood favorites potluck though! i’ll make a hotdish for that
Wandering the net with links from “Meat Out Mondays” and found out about the Chicago Soy Dairy for the first time. I have not seen these products in my area. I want to try out these products and give them a southern “down home” touch. I’ll call the company number and see if they plan to distribute in the south or do small mail orders.
