
Recipe:
- Vegan Graham Crackers (no honey!)
- Dark Chocolate bars
- Dandies vegan marshmallows
Seeing as the weather here in Chicago still is not all that great, Megan and I decided to make our S’mores indoors.
First, we laid out our graham crackers.

Then we layered our dark chocolate over them. I prefer to use a thinner chocolate bar because I believe it melts better. To melt marshmallows I sprayed a pan covered in foil with a thin layer of cooking spray. I then laid out the Dandies vegan marshmallows on pan and put under the broiler for 1 minute one one side and 1 minute on the other. Use a fork when flipping the marshmallows so you don’t burn your fingers. Simply lay the gooey marshmallow over the chocolate and top off with another graham cracker. We used 2 Dandies per S’mores!
