When we sent out the call to you guys to come up with some recipes using our products we were blown away by how solid the entries were. This recipe was the first we received and it really set the bar high!
Vegan Ambrosia by Jen Rubio
Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained3 bananas, sliced1 1/2 cups flaked coconut1 package of Dandies marshmallows1 cup pecan pieces12oz. Soyatoo or other vegan whipped “cream”1 cup maraschino cherriesIn a large bowl, combine mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, bananas, coconut, marshmallows, and pecan pieces. Fold in whipped topping. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Chill overnight.
