Our friend Andrea in Rochester, New York sent us a photo of her lovely creation… Mint Hot Cocoa cupcakes topped with our Dandies Vegan Marshmallows.

While her recipe is top secret we are certain you can come up with your own variation on this delicious theme!

    Thank you so much for inspiring me to recreate these delicious cupcakes. I only heard of your vegan marshmallows today and I couldn’t be more thrilled. While I love fluff, it doesn’t compare (and you couldn’t exactly add it to hot cocoa and achieve the same effect).
